KHANYI NGCO SOLUTIONS has three executive managers, this is to ensure that our business is strategically aligned and has the necessary skills and competencies to deliver and exceed the client’s expectations.
Matlhare Bodibe
Executive ManagerMatlhare is the Executive Manager at KHANYI NGO SOLUTIONS. He began his working career in 1997 as an Application Designer in Eskom Distribution in Project Engineering department. He developed a passion in Project planning and Design of powerlines and Electrification.
He compiled master plans and load flow studies for different MV lines. He compiled different detail designs on Medium Voltage lines and electrification projects using PSSU, Retic Master and CART software’s. He used to design Minor and Major Retic lines.
Boston Lubusi
Executive Manager: OperationsBoston Lubisi is Executive Manager at KHANYI NGCO SOLUTIONS, he started his career at Telkom as Technician. He then moved to Siemens where he completed his training course and was appointed as qualified Electrician.
He later joined Eskom where he accumulated extensive experience in field work, supervisory to managerial level. He has 23 years of service with Eskom.
