ABSA

• A feasibility study was conducted on Water and Electricity for UrbanVest Properties.
• Appointed as sub-contractor for Invirotel to conduct meter audits on water and electricity in ABSA branches in South Africa.
• Install bulk water meters and electricity Large Power User (LPU) meters in ABSA branches.
• Conduct maintenance in all the meters that are offline and identify leakages in ABSA branches.
• Managing all the incoming data for water and electricity through PNP Scada system.
• Project is still on-going.

PILOT PROJECT

• We were appointed as a subcontractor to conduct audits on Water and Electricity meters.
• Khanyi Ngco Solutions installed CT/VT Unit and the main incomer meter for BCX on behalf of Bidvest Facilities.
• We installed Bulk Water meter as an incomer for BCX.
• Installed sub-bulk Electricity and Water meters through out BCX complex.
• Managing all the data from Water and electricity through the PNP Scada and managing the bulk account from City of Tshwane.
• Project is still on-going.

PILOT PROJECT

• Khanyi Ngco Solutions installed sub- bulk electricity meters inside the warehouse and the Main office building.
• We are monitoring all the meter readings and managing the bulk account from City power.
